• How stress is impacting me in ways I hadn’t considered.
• About my wildly high expectations!
• How to solidify my resolve to love and care for myself daily.
• Practical, immediately useful guidance on how to connect with, and support, my family.
• How to crystallise my values and take action to live by them.
I would 100% recommend this course to parents looking for a light in the tunnel. This course will hold your hand and guide you through. It’s well-delivered, accessible, easy to follow and immediately useful. I’ll be revisiting the wisdom gathered, and the impact its had, for a long time to come.

The family reset plan is the calming, warm hug that all parents need right now! Just taking the time to work through the modules was a great way to invest some time in myself and my family. As we come out of lockdown this course really helped me get my head around where we have been and where we want to start heading as a family.

James Elliott

Transport Project Manager. 16, 10, and 8.

The family reset plan was just what I needed, despite not realising how much I needed it. The last few months have been so much tougher than I had acknowledged/given myself recognition for, and these workshops have helped me recognise how much stress I have been under and has enabled me to come up for air. The workshops are full of helpful exercises to help understand why our children may be behaving the way we are, and really helpful exercises to help us keep going and to manage life better in this unprecedented challenging time, which is far from over. I felt that I was understood in the modules, especially in the stress module, that this enormous weight of responsibility that I’ve been carrying on my shoulders, the stress is valid. Recently, there hasn’t been anything I’ve come across that has “heard” me more than this.

A friendly, supportive and non-judgemental workshop which helps parents take the time to reframe the current situation and develop clarity on where to go next. Although it has been focused on the current situation created by Covid-19, the lessons are valuable and would benefit families who are hitting hard times at any point in their lives.
Emily Wilson, Psychologist. Kids aged 2 and 0
The Family Reset Plan is seriously aptly timed, super digestible and sooo insightful. It’s like inviting three warm and deeply expert women into your world to guide you through making sense of things for yourself and your kids. The combination of the films and the workbook, and the way the course is chunked up, mean you can move through it in a way that suits you and your life. Plus it’s an absolute bargain (fraction of the price of just one therapy session)!
Celene Holliday, Doctor, Children aged 6, 4 and 2.
I really enjoyed this course and it was definitely a worthwhile investment. It has helped provide a structure to reflect on the current situation, the challenges and impact it has had on us and daily life. It also provides useful techniques to support both ourselves and our children thorough this difficult time and encourages improved emotional well-being and resilience. This can only be a good thing given the ongoing uncertainty and challenges we can often face in life.
Jo Hobson, Acupuncturist, children aged 8,5 and 1
The Family Reset Plan has been everything I've craved over lockdown. A place to explore and validate the emotional rollercoaster I've been on, explanations (rooted in science and research) as to why I might have been feeling these things and why I will not have been alone. And crucially, simple, quick actions I can take to support myself and my children as we navigate this next chapter. It is ridiculously good value for money, providing tools and information I'll be revisiting again and again.
Julie Hall Women’s Health coach Children aged 10, 8 & 5
This course is a huge cuddle and a gentle but practical way of resetting whatever has happened for your family during this pandemic. It teaches gaining back your control, managing your own feelings and how to help your children identify and manage theirs. I truly think this is the best gift you could give yourself and your family. I feel positive, reenergised and even excited about our future, whatever it may hold as I feel I have our power back.

I know I will keep coming back to this workshop. The simple and practical tools I have learnt, to help me and my family navigate change and difficult times, surpass the pandemic and will be invaluable at any stage of life change. The final module, guiding us through a reflection on life in lockdown and how to identify and effect positive life change for the future is inspirational. A worthwhile time and value for money investment for all parents, especially now!
Kaitlyn Crossley, Chief of Staff, 3 years old girl.
This course helped me take a moment to pause and reflect on the monumental moment we’re all living and parenting in. It gave me permission to congratulate myself and put a realistic, actionable plan in place to support myself and my family’s emotional well-being.
Felicity Dorney-Kingdom, Full Time Mummy, 2 years old.
An incredible resource that has not only help demystify some of the uncertain feelings and anxieties around lockdown, but a deeper understanding of why I react to things in the way that I have and how I can manage my feelings towards situations in everyday life even if I can’t personally change it. I thoroughly enjoyed the framework around listening to your children and validating their feelings whilst still creating boundaries for behaviour that fits the values of your family. For me this isn’t a reset in reaction to lockdown but a fresher approach to my future family life.
Rebecca Hadley, Founder & Director. 1 child age 16months.
I found this course extremely inspiring. The 3 ideas and 3 actions made daunting subjects feel manageable and actions attainable. Emma, Zoe and Nnkea feel like friends giving sound advice without judgment. Thier words are comforting and reassuring, backed up with statistics and facts. The course is great value for money. A great aid for all parents.
